About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor in the Mid Term Documentation team within the Wholesale Lending Services Operations. The Mid Term Documentation team is to process revisions to legal documents for necessary amendments to loan/lease contracts that take place after the initial booking process,  modifications to collateral terms, transfer of ownership, business organizational restructures, and legal name changes, etc.

This role is based in our Mississauga office.


In this role, you will:

  • Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance

  • Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues

  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support

  • Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area

  • Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures

  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests

  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of operations or customer services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Able to read some French documents and respond in French


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in banking operations (Commercial Banking)

  • Organizational and detail oriented skill

  • Ability to handle high volume and short SLA or turnaround time

  • Ability to work in changing and fast paced work environment

  • Ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines despite frequent interruptions, able to multi task

  • Experience with leases and loans

  • Experience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completion

  • Customer Service/Customer Contact experience (Inbound Calling, Outbound Calling, Email Contact) 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills 

  • Solid problem solving skills 

  • Strong research skills

  • Bilingual in English/French

  • Updating standard operating procedures

  • Involved in system testing prior to implementation

  • Special projects or reports
